Letter Save Defaults
When using the letter function, their is a submit function where the letter is prepared for printing, and is also saved to history, or sent as an email. You can set the Options parameter in the <#subject tag of an individual letter to change the individual behavior. If there is no Options parameter in the <#subject tag, the default value is used.

Letter Save Options:

Option Behavior
H Record the letter text in the history table
A Record the letter as an attachment.
L Only record the subject of the letter in history.
E or 1 Record the letter as an attachment in history, and open the email dialog to send the letter as an attachment - the email will record in history as well
2 Record the letter in history, and open the email dialog to send the letter as an attachment - the email will record in history as well
3 Record the letter as an attachment in history, and open the email dialog to send the letter as an attachment - the email will not record to history
4 Record the letter in history, and open the email dialog to send the letter as an attachment - the email will not record to history
5 Record the letter in history, and as an attachment in the same history record.
X Do not record the letter in history.

The default behavior is to display HA and L as options.

You can change the words that are shown in the letter template/Press to Prepare section by going to Site Settings...Misc Settings...App Messages. Use the App Words/List View section and add the value you want to change with the value you want to change it to.
