Send Emails on behalf of Someone else
Within the Administration area your administrator can enable a function called
"Allow user to set multiple Email Reply Address identities" this is located in Admin | Site Settings | Misc Settings then at the bottom they will see the tick box.
User then need to go into their "My Record" and then using the mauve padlock they can add additional email addresses that will be available to them when sending emails.
The correct format would be to have your own email at the top of the list and other addresses lower down the list.
When you send from within WiredContact you will now see a "From:" appear which is now a drop down.
When editing templates you can elect to save a template with the reply to set to Accounts@ Sales@ Marketing at Etc.
