The WiredContact Enterprise Sage Link is for those running Sage Accounts 50 2012 with a build later than March 2012.
 
Silver Support    £300 per annum

Silver support works well for companies who update Sage every couple of years or more.  Gold support is designed for companies who always upgrade Sage to the latest version each year.

Gold Support     £450 per annum

  • Upgrade protection*
    • Sage annual Release.  
      ​Sage 50 is upgrade every August at which point, due to the nature of the API at which point a new version of Sagelink may be available.
If a user is on Sagelink 2014 and upgrades to a later version then Sagelink will stop working until it is also upgraded.
 
For Clients without a support agreement they will be asked to a fee agreement to cover time spent in the event of an issue.
 
The min charge is £45.00. Time is then charged at an hourly rate of £120.
 
Obviously if the problem is a bug there will be no charge.
