Within WiredContact Cookies are stored against a users "My record"

You can see them in Admin | User Settings | System Edits | Cookie

Typically they will influence how a users session as a page loads. We store some cookies on our servers and others are stored on the users end. Even mobile devices use Cookies and may occasionally need to be cleared.

Should you want to find out if you have a "Cookie issues" then you should copy the cookies to notepad and delete them from the server. You will always be able to restore them afterwards.
