Signatures are editable from a users "My Record"

  1. Log on to WiredContact and go to your "My Record" you will see a single orange icon at the top, when you hover over it you will see "My Record"

  2. Once on the My Record you will see a Mauve Padlock, going into here will reveal upto six panels where you can edit your signatures from formal to informal, you can also include html such as links to Twitter and facebook images if needed.

  3. It is worth having a "Policy" within the company that signatures all follow a pattern.

The benefit will then be that your templates will all determine which "number signature" is required, in this way all staff can use all templates for example ;-
    1. Formal style
    2. Friendly style
    3. Relaxed style
    4. Personal style
    5. Refer to special offers you are running
    6. Refer to other services you offer

  4. Signatures can also be "hard coded into specific templates so care should be taken if your company allow hard coded templates to include departmental signatures.

  5. Flamboyant signatures are possible using a little HTML as shown below, copy this into your own signature and experiment, logos are of course possible, we suggest you place the logo images on your own website in the images folder and then refer to them from within here.
