How to Create Email Signatures and your My Record

Signatures are editable from your My Record

  1. Log on to WiredContact and go to your "My Record" you will see a single orange icon at the top, when you hover over it you will see "My Record"
  2. Once on the My Record you will see a Mauve Padlock, going into here will reveal upto six panels where you can edit your signatures from formal to informal, you can also include html such as links to Twitter and facebook images if needed.
  3. Signatures can also be "hard coded into specifc templats so care should be taken if your company allow hard coded tempates to include departmental signatures. We would suggest such phrases as "yours sincerely" and Kind regards form part of the signature for your users.
