To enable the Innova Editor in WiredContact
To upgrade your Editor to the Innova Editor be sure to download and install the latest version of WiredContact details are here http://support.wiredcontact.co.uk/KB/a212/updating-your-wiredcontact-enterprise-server.aspx?KBSearchID=0
Use the WiredContact Directory manager to ensure the latest updates especially the admin templates are copied from the Admin Templates folder to the installation of your copy of WiredContact, this is usually on a separate drive on your server. Start Program Files WiredContact Directory manager, select the default location typically C:\inetpub\wirede in the top and then select the location of your database in the bottom panel
Once you have done this you will see some changes in the Administration area, starting at the top select Site Settings, Misc Settings, Editor Settings and then select the Innova Editor and press save.
